Puppies are messy but oh so joyful. I loved all your pictures and descriptions.
I am currently hand raising a baby peachface (love bird) whose mother attempted murder even as he began to hatch (his sibling didn't survive her fury).
He (I am hoping - because male love birds are much less aggressive than females - her mother was my handfed baby as well until she became too aggressive - think shredded fingers, literally) has made it to day 7 today and can graduate from 2 hourly feeds to 3 hourly feeds.
Puppies... they change with every hour. They've grown from purely milk motivated squickers to their given names (and their first collars). I am a big fan of Rhodesia. But incredible to witness the personality growth in all of them.
The retreat is filling in and I am over moon by the projects our guests are writing. I am rubbing my palms in anticipation!
And yes, we just have two spots on the villa and three if you choose your own stay. Reach out if you really ready to tell the story you came here to tell.
