Wednesday night I told you about SB 866, a bill in California that seeks to allow 12- year-old children to make decisions about vaccines without their parents’ knowledge or consent.

The bill was slated to for a vote on Thursday on the Assembly Floor.

Well, the bill was pulled from the agenda, which means the vote did not happen.
