Yes yes yes to taking our health into our own hands. I'm surprised by how hard it is for some people to want to do this though. I've had people make fun of me for eating healthy, others insist there is no benefit to organically grown food or grass-fed grass-finished meat, and others say "Why eat healthy? It doesn't matter what you eat." Maybe they are right? But I like to eat what helps my body feel good. Chips and junk food make me sluggish, give me wild blood sugar fluctuations, and often result in a food hangover headache. Whole organic potatoes with the skins on, fresh fruits and vegetables, and high-quality meat make me feel good, give me energy, and keep my skin clear of acne. That much I know for sure...

Because the push for getting “vaccinated” was so over the top, forceful, and totally shrill, I instantly lost all trust and did deeper dives into the realities. Just look at all the skyrocketing “died suddenly”, turbo cancers, rampant infertility of both sexes, miscarriages, etc all caused by the “vaccines” contents. Did you wonder why there were no cases of the flu during the “pandemic”? Because Covid was just the flu. By and large the number of deaths were basically what you would find in a normal flu season with the elderly and those with co-morbidities, etc.
Who is in charge? It’s the 1% elites the likes of Soros, Rothschild, Rockefeller, Schwab, Gates…about 200 in all, who have been planning this out for over 100 years, much longer according to other sources. The depopulation agenda aims to reduce the earth’s population to just 500M by 2030. There are strong parallels between the attempted Trump assassination and the continued distribution of the Covid-19 "vaccine" knowing of the death and destruction it has caused and is causing.
